Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from this Privacy Policy or the collection, use, or disclosure of your information is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount paid to LookingForSubs.com in the prior twelve months, whichever is less.

16. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThis Privacy Policy is governed by Ohio law without regard to conflict of law principles.
